What is included when I book Sweet Pea, the Shutter Bus LLC?

Sweet Pea! Our unique vintage Westfalia 1976 VW Bus. She’s fully restored and retrofitted for a photo booth.

Fun, easy-going and professional attendant(s) who will operate the photo booth and ensure your guests are having a great time.

Unlimited photo booth sessions where your guests use a tablet to take a series of photos.

Themed props and costume items available for your guests to strike a pose! From boas, hats, sunglasses, etc.

Web gallery with unlimited downloads of all the digital images captured in Sweet Pea will be made available after your event. Guests will have the option email photos to themselves.

Photo’s marquee sign will be displayed inviting your guests over. A sturdy wooden bench step is setup for easy access in and out of the bus.

Attendants will set up and tear down the photo booth. They will arrive before your event to ensure it’s ready before guests arrive.

We also offer customized backgrounds, graphics, and signs to be used in the bus photo booth. Ask us how we can make that happen for your event.

FAQs

  • HOW FAR WILL SWEET PEA TRAVEL?

    Sweet Pea serves the Orlando and Lake County areas of Central Florida. Round-trip travel from our HQ in Lake County, FL to locations/venues within 30 miles is included. Outside of this 30-mile radius, a travel fee applies, and Sweet Pea will not travel more than 60 miles from our HQ.

  • HOW MUCH IS IT TO BOOK SWEET PEA?

    We want to make sure you have the best fit possible for your guests at your event. The cost for Sweet Pea to travel and her photo booth customizations are best discussed with our coordinators. Contact a Coordinator.

  • HOW MUCH ROOM WILL SWEET PEA NEED?

    Our VW Bus Photo Booth will need about a 15’ X 15’ of flat, drivable space, preferably with a clearance of 86’’. Outside spaces work best.

  • ARE THERE ANY TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS?

    Sweet Pea requires access to a standard electrical outlet for power. We will bring our own 100 ft extension cord. For us to operate the photo booth tablet and for your guests to have the ability to send photos via email we will need to have access to a strong WiFi connection.

  • HOW DOES SET UP WORK?

    Sweet Pea will be set up and operated by her attendants. They will show up early enough to be ready before your event. There will be props that come standard with the Bus photo booth experience. We do offer customized backgrounds and props upon request and for an additional fee.

  • WHO CAN OPERATE THE PHOTO BOOTH IN BUS?

    The photo booth will be used under the supervision of Sweet Pea’s attendants. Guests will operate the tablet, with assistance from attendants. Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult while using the photo booth.

  • WHAT CUSTOMIZATIONS ARE AVAILABLE?

    Sweet Pea is decorated with a retro-vibe inside and comes with a full trunk of fun, thematic photo booth props like hats, sunglasses, boas, etc. We also offer personalized signage and digital backgrounds for commemorative events at an extra cost.

  • DO YOU PRINT OUR PHOTOS?

    No, we do not print photos. As guests use the photo booth, they will enter an email and send the prints to themselves. After each event, customers will recieve a link to their online gallery of all the photos taken during the event to download, share, send, or print as you please.

  • IS SWEET PEA AVAILABLE FOR PHOTOSHOOTS?
